Levels Challenge - Strength & Conditioning Program

Join us for a fun 8-Week Levels Challenge!
Attend 8 weeks! (January 22- March 19th)👇

  • $50 one single week (unlimited)
  • $45 three classes in a week
  • $35 per week unlimited (for 8 weeks)

📅When: January 22- March 19th
📍 Where: Various locations, Long Beach
✔ Each levels we will work on strength and conditioning. You'll progress to the next level as you complete the assigned exercises. Levels start easy but get progressively more difficult. Earn completion bands after each level and new collection LBBC swag when you finish all 8 weeks! See your overall fitness level changing. In 8 weeks you'll be a stronger version of yourself!
