Christmas-themed workout for all fitness levels followed by a sing-along caroling session 🎤🎄

When was the last time you not just listened to but actually sang carols with others? We're bringing back this wonderful tradition.

• When: Saturday, 21 Dec 8:30 am
• Where: Marine Stadium, Long Beach

💪🎅 Yes, we'll be singing! But first a fun holiday-themed workout for all (even if you have not worked out in a while). Kids are most welcome to join you!

Bring a mat or a blanket. Wear a workout attire.  Songbooks will be provided. Feel free to bring a snack or beverage to share.
