for newbies & those who played a bit

We offer 3 levels:

101 level: for newbies to learn the basics of the game (serve, return the serve, practice forehand (mostly) & learn basic rules & terminology

102 level: one notch higher for those who can serve a ball and return the serve (more often than not...) and can dink and volley . We don't expect perfection but you should know the rules (Non Volley Zone, 2 bounce rule, etc.)

103+ level: for intermediate plus level who have several different shots in their arsenal (top spin, under spin) as well as understand the game tactics and can play long shots as well as short ones (e.g. 3rd shot drop).

Yup, we've got you covered! What you need: Workout attire + shoes (and some water). We take care of everything else (nets, paddles, balls and lights for evening sessions).  Levels 102 and up practice with a ball machine that facilitates more advance skill drills.
