See what Outdoor Fitness is all about & learn our vision of fitness... that is with FUN and in the company of friendly trainers & welcoming members. ALL FITNESS LEVELS are welcome.

The workout session starts at 8:30am, try it!

The class is FREE to observe OR $10 to participate (reg. drop-in $20).

What you will need:

• a mat (or something else to put on the ground)
• set of weights if you have any (or let us know if you need a loaner set)
• water & workout attire

You are not too old, too out of shape or too-whatever to participate.

Community event, LBBC members and non-members welcome!
Non-members: Please arrive 5 min early to sign a liability waiver.
