Event is complimentary to all active LBBC members (please RSVP through your Minbody account). Not a member? Get a drop-in here. Everyone needs to meditate. +1s welcome. Space is limited so please register early.
- Please bring a pillow to sit on and a towel or a yoga mat. Wear layers or bring a blanket. Nothing ruins meditation more than being cold and uncomfortable.
- Please arrive 10 min prior. Doors will shut at 6pm sharp. It is a 45-min session.
