Self Defense Class For Women
This is an introductory 90 min Self-Defense Beginners Class geared towards WOMEN of all ages, with no martial arts experience whatsoever.
All fitness levels welcome!
What will you learn? - awareness instruction - striking points - escape techniques (standing, on the ground) - how to turn anything into a weapon that will help you fight off an attacker - and more!
Age minimum 16+. No age maximum! You are not too old, too-out-of-shape or too whatever to learn self defense... EVER!
The class is held outdoors, on special mats. Community event, LBBC members and non-members welcome!
