When I found Timmie I was close to 200 lbs, had high blood pressure and couldn’t run a mile at the age of 28. Timmie developed a training and nutrition plan for me that met me where I was, but never failed to push my limits. With her guidance and support, I lost 50 lbs that I have kept off now for over 4 years!
