Energy Balls

Kim’s Energy balls- 

1 cup Sunflower seeds
1 cup Almonds
1/2 cup Gogie berries
1/4 cup coconut oil
(8) Dates
1/4 cup  (Optional)  ground flax seeds or fresh chai seeds
Soak dates in a bowl for a few minutes to soften.
Mix all ingredients in bowl.  Add to food processor, blender, magic bullet or any other fine chopping device.
Use small amounts to round up into balls.  Refrigerate!  Balls are good for one week.
