Our Soul Fit membership offers you daily access to spiritual growth through onsite meditation classes, guided online meditations, soul centered music and deep stretch and relaxation classes. Our membership is designed to relax, de-stress, balance, heal, and enhance your ability to fully engage in your life from a place of loving.
Please join Sami Reed in this unique meditation class. Our class combines several techniques to balance energy, de-stress the monkey mind, and enhance self-realization. Zen Meditation, guided visualizations, psychosynthesis, and motivational practices are all explored and brought together in a 45 minute experience designed to bring you closer to who you have always wanted to be. Please arrive early as doors lock at start of class. Please sign up online for each class to secure your spot. Class is limited to 15. Bring water, yoga matt and sit pillow.
Sami has finally recorded an 8 week series of guided motivational meditations that follow the chakaras in your body weekly. Each week you will experience her guided meditation as well as a playlist that goes with that chakra.
We have teamed up with HealthTunes.org to provide music tracks that align with the chakra focus of the week. (HealthTunes is a free music / sound streaming platform that offers academically and scientifically researched Health Music and evidence based clinical reference). Uplifters can be accessed through HealthTunes. You will receive log in information once you are a member.
This class is led by Lindsay @ Marine Stadium Park every other Saturday after bootcamp. After a long week of work it is time to de-stress and honor your body. This 45 min deep stretch and relaxation session will bring blood flow to your sore muscles. The aromatherapy, sound bowls and Tibetan monk singing sounds will bring peace to your mind. The session incorporates elements of yoga and meditation. Not your regular stretch class for sure!
