Hey hey #LBBC fam! Here is my video workout for you

👉STAIRS & SPRINTS👈

Find stairs, any stairs, it can be as few as 10. You'll just do more up & downs.

  • 5 ROUNDS EACH ONE DIFFERENT
  • Plus 2 EXTRA Rounds (more advanced)

Watch me demo then hit pause to complete your round.

There's a cardio element after each round, I went for a sprint up & down a hill, you can go around a block, up & down the street or if you want to stay inside do 100 high knees in place or jumping jacks instead.
