Yes, you do. And we highly encourage you to check them all out. Work out with different trainers, try different sessions. Some of them are circuit trainings with different equipment and some are full body workouts with weights and resistance bands. We also offer cardio boxing on certain days. No worries, you will not be “fighting” with any one. It’s minimal contact cardio workout, boxing gloves are provided. Check schedule for details.
Yes, there is. For those who do not want to join us in Singal Hill, we offer BootCamp in Bixby Knolls at 530am.
We do encourage you to come to Signal Hill though. Hills are a great way to add a bit more cardio to your workout routine and increase your endurance. If you really want to see progress and change your body composition, the hill is a class you do not want to miss! We have a group for runners (530am) and runners and power walkers (830am).
There is no bootcamp at Marine Stadium or in Rossmoor that day.
Yes, we have a BootCamp every Saturday and every other Saturday we also offer a Deep Stretch and Relaxation Class. Both are held at the Marine Stadium location. Park on Eliot Street or inside the Marina parking lot. We work out on the grass by the water. If you are going towards the rowing center, you are too far. We are across the street from the baseball field.

Yes, we do. We offer 1-on-1 as well as Semi-Private/Partner Training (2 partners share a session). Contact us for details and pricing. We offer a complimentary consultation & wellness assessment.
