- 1 cup oatmeal (prepared according to package)
- 2 Tbs raisins or dried cranberries
- 2 Tbs slivered almonds or chopped cashews
- 1 Tbs maple syrup (optional)
2. Fried Egg & Ham on WG Toast
- whole grain toast +
- fried egg(s) +
- slice ham or Canadian Bacon
3. Green Smoothie
- 1-2 cups dairy-free milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- frozen banana
- handful spinach/kale
4. Berry Smoothie
- 1-2 cups dairy-free milk (almond, oat, soy, etc.)
- frozen berries
- vanilla extract
5. Veggie Scramble
- 1/2 cup sautéed vegetables
- 1-3 eggs, scrambled
- 2 Tbs salsa + chopped avocado (optional)
6. Blueberry Oatmeal
- 1 cup oatmeal (prepared according to package)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen/thawed blueberries
- 1 Tbs maple syrup (optional)
7. Fruity Whole Grain Waffles
- dairy-free whole grain waffle(s), toasted
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen/thawed berries
- 2 Tbs all fruit jam, gently heated
8. Breakfast Tacos
- corn tortilla(s)
- 1-3 eggs, scrambled
- 2 Tbs salsa
- hopped avocado (optional)
9. Denver Omelet/Scramble
- 2 large eggs, scrambled
- 2 slice ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced onions & bell peppers made into omelet or scramble
