Endive Leaves

Mushrooms (sliced)

Carrots (shredded)

Green, red & orange bell pepper (chopped)

1 hard boiled egg (sliced – once cool)

Sprinkle of pine nuts

1 tbspn of Gorgonzola cheese

Pepper to taste
