The 8-Week Whole Life Challenge

Lose Weight, Get Fit, & Make Healthy Choices!

Join us for a fun 8-week lifestyle challenge. We’ll be participating as a team in this interactive online game that will help you effect lasting change in your life. Be part of the LBBC team and practice 7 daily habits with your friends & family – and have fun doing it!

How will you find time to do the things you know you need to do? This challenge will help you find the time that’s always been there to focus on:

  • Nutrition
  • Exercise
  • Mobilization
  • Sleep
  • Hydration
  • Lifestyle
  • Reflection

We’ll focus on what you eat and drink, how you move, your sleep, and your mental well-being. This challenge will keep you socially connected, self-aware, and more in control of your day-to-day. The end result of this effort can be profound, leaving you feeling rested, healthy, physically strong, and more open to new experiences. Shannon Paul will be leading the LBBC team in this challenge.

How It Works (Overview)

  1. Join Team LBBC
    1. Player Registration
      1. January 5 – February 1 $49
    2. Early Registration
      1. September 29 – January 4th $39
    3. Early Return Player Registration
      1. September 29 – January 4th $29
  2. Select your Nutrition Level
    1. Kick Start – just getting started
    2. Lifestyle – looking for long term lifestyle program
    3. Performance – strictest level
  3. Take Your Preliminary Measurements
    1. At LBBC Saturday, January 14 at 8am Marine Stadium or Saturday, January 21st at 8am.
      1. Timed workout
      2. Basic body measurements
        1. Waist & Hips in inches
      3. Before photos (wear sports bra or fitted tank, guys take off shirt for photo)
  4. Play the Game
    1. Get points for nutrition, exercise, stretching, water, supplements (vitamins), lifestyle & reflection
  5. Record your scores
    1. Enter your points online daily after 7pm until midnight the following night (28 hrs to add points).
  6. Take your Final Measurements
    1. Last Saturday of the game
    2. Make up times to be announced.
