We understand that life can change daily and flexibility is key! You are welcome to go to any class that works with your schedule. Please choose the Camp # that you can stick with for the entire 8-week program. You can choose 3 – 5 days a week.

Camp 1 – January 7 – March 1 (8 weeks)
Camp 2 – March 4th – April 26th (8 weeks)
Camp 3 – May 6th – June 28th (8 weeks)
Camp 4 – July 8th – August 30th (8 weeks)
Camp 5 – September 9th – November 1st (8 weeks)
Camp 6 – November 11th – December 20th (6 weeks)

*Saturday is a regular “Boot Camp” class is at 9am at Wilson High Quad in Long Beach.
You may attend this class as a make-up for your Running Boot Camp classes when needed.
A variety of locations are needed to get the most out of your training. Since running can be preformed just about anywhere, our goal is to train you on as many terrains as we can. We have chosen our locations to give you the best training possible.
The regular Boot Camp class on Saturday is an opportunity for you to make up one of your Running Boot Camp classes in case you miss for some reason.
As of right now we do not. We find that the morning hours are a perfect time to really commit to. There are no other distractions in the way. No work or family matters to veer us off course.
