Shannon Paul is an avid fitness enthusiast. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (the study of human movement). She studied Exercise Science, which allows her to fully understand how the body can benefit from exercise. Shannon is also an N.A.S.M. certified Personal Trainer, an Apex Certified Nutrition Specialist, N.E.S.T.A. certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, and an EZ8 Running Coach. In her college days at San Diego State University she was a scholar athlete and team captain of the women’s rowing team. Her passion for learning more about fitness led her to study abroad in Scotland and Australia where she became Certified as an Outdoor leader. In her professional career she is a Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, specializing in Titus Motion Therapy and owner and creator of Long Beach Boot Camp. She has worked in rehabilitation clinics, taught various exercise classes, organized fitness expeditions and has been the Fitness Director of a prestigious gym on the west coast.
