Megan is a certified personal trainer with N.A.S.M and has loved the world of fitness from a very early age. She started ballet at the age of 3 and continued dancing until the age of 18 until she started teaching ballet. From the ages of 8 – 12, she trained in gymnastics under the training of Bela and Marta Karolyi, a very prestigious team. After graduating from college, she was drawn to Tae Kwon Do and now has her black-belt! Ask her to show you some moves in class!
Assisting campers on their personal journey to a healthier, more fit life is something Megan is passionate about. She believes that fitness and nutrition are the best tools to maintaining a healthy mind and outlook on life. She loves creating workouts that are challenging, knowing that the sense of accomplishment one feels afterward, is so important. She loves people, working with them, and believes we all have something to learn from each other. Seeing a person work towards, and achieve their personal goals, is something that inspired her to become a trainer. Megan is particularly interested in rehabilitating injuries and nutritional education. She is committed to seeing you reach your goals!
